We're looking for a Service Delivery Intern to create and manage skill assessments for our clients. You'll work with customers and internal teams to ensure assessments are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Assessments: Build and customize tests based on client needs, make updates based on feedback, and ensure tests measure the right skills
Coordinate with Content Team: Work with content writers to prepare questions, share client requirements, and ensure quality alignment
Customer Calibration: Understand client requirements, discuss and finalize assessment plans, and adjust tests based on their input
Meet Delivery Deadlines: Plan and track timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and respond quickly during live hiring drives
Manage Question Library: Upload, organize, and maintain questions in the content system with proper tagging
Reporting and Analytics: Create insightful reports and presentations as relevant to the use case of customers.
