We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive end-to-end campaign management and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving campaigns and collaborating with multiple teams to make things happen.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and execute campaigns end-to-end — from planning to delivery.
     
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
     
  • Own timelines, track campaign performance, and ensure quality execution.
     
  • Identify process gaps and build scalable solutions.
     
  • Bring creative, strategic inputs to make programs more effective.
     

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign or program management.
     
  • Prior experience working in or with a marketing/advertising agency is a must.
     
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs.
     
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — outgoing and proactive.
     
  • A structured thinker with a bias for action.
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with tech or SaaS companies.
     
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or campaign tools.
