Role Overview: The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for ideating, owning, and executing all product and customer marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, customer journey, and market dynamics to effectively position HackerEarth's offerings and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Customer Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with product goals and customer needs.
- Communication Development: Craft incisive communication materials to support the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the customer's journey at HackerEarth.
- Product Feedback and Insights: Continuously analyze the product, providing proactive feedback, insights, and suggestions to the Engineering and Product Teams to drive improvements.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Collaborate with marketing teams to share insightful product value propositions that support demand generation efforts.
- Asset Development: Create a portfolio of product assets, including e-books, product guides, pitch decks, customer onboarding materials, and battle cards, to enable and drive business growth.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to cross-sell, upsell, and retain customers, including campaigns aimed at reducing churn.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define the overall product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new product or feature releases, ensuring successful launches.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competition and share best practices with internal teams to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Budget Management: Oversee the product and customer marketing budget, ensuring financial discipline and optimal allocation of resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and synchronization of marketing activities.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in product marketing, with a focus on B2B products and SaaS businesses.
- Market Understanding: Adept at understanding business and competitor landscapes, with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to take complete responsibility and work autonomously, driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Highly customer-centric, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Collaboration: Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
